SHIPPING ?

ThePaperPeople.com offers free standard shipping for all in stock orders over $79.00 shipped within the continental United States.Shipping is provided by UPS Ground. Next day and 2nd day shipping are available only with a quote provided by a customer service representative on the phone. Next day and 2nd day rates will NOT be calculated at time of checkout. We only ship within the continental 48 United States.

The full amount of your purchase will be displayed including shipping charges(except next day and 2nd day which will be applied on the back end by a customer service representative in the office)before you confirm your order. Out of stock items usually ship within 10 business days. Orders with items on back order are held until they can be shipped complete. Special Order items will take longer to ship. Shipping time for these items depends on availability.


How long will it take for my order to ship and arrive?

Upon authorization of your credit card, an order confirmation will be sent to the specified email address. Most in stock orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day of being placed. Once the order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation will be sent to the specified email address.

Local deliveries, within 50 miles of our MANASSAS, VA warehouse, are delivered within 24-48 hours. Orders outside our local delivery area, depending on location and selected shipping method, may take 2-7 business days to arrive


Do you ship internationally?

ThePaperPeople.com ships most in stock orders to the 48 continental United States only.     

Customs policies vary from country to country, and you may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. Please check with the customs department in your country about its importation policies to avoid unexpected customs fees or duties. ThePaperPeople.com is NOT responsible for any sales taxes, customs duties or other taxes charged by your customs department. RETURNS

How do I return a product that I purchased on-line?

The Paper People strives to be your first and best source for school and office supplies. Since your satisfaction is a priority, we know it is sometimes necessary to exchange or return an item. You may return your purchase within 30 days of purchase for a refund or replacement, as long as the item is in its original condition.

To process a return, please follow the following steps:

1.Contact us to receive a return authorization. (Returns without authorization may not receive credit.)
2. Indicate the reason for the return on the back of your original packing slip.
3. Secure merchandise in original packaging, or equivalent new packaging with the original packing slip.

SALES TAX

All orders shipped to Virginia addresses will be subject to 5% sales tax in accordance with state law. Orders shipped elsewhere will not be charged sales tax.
